Returns (Change Of Mind)
If you are a UK customer and you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it. After you notify us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

To start a return, contact our customer service team using the contact details on this website. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping (Non-Faulty Items)
If the item is not faulty and the correct item was delivered, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service (and signature on delivery for higher-value parcels).

We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, resulting in a loss in value.

Faulty, Damaged, Or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If confirmed, we will arrange a suitable solution (such as replacement, repair, or refund) and we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including: perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), personalised or custom-made items, sealed hygiene/health and beauty items once unsealed (where applicable), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, and gift cards. Sale/discounted items may be excluded from voluntary returns unless faulty.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For change-of-mind returns, we process the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that you have sent the goods back (whichever is earlier). Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
